aku try untuk tangkap gambar suasana di waktu malam..alhamdulillah..berjaya jugakla kot untuk orang yang baru mula nak berjinak-jinak..payah jugak nak tangkap gambar malam nie..buat macam mana pon kalau tak cukup cahaya kompem shutter jadi panjang skit..bile shutter dah panjang pahtu plak ditambahkan lagi dengan tangan aku yang kuat gigil nie, memang dari 10 gambar aku snap tak tentu pon satu ada yang ok..tapi alhamdulillah..berkat kesabaran bini aku menunggu aku snap gambar sambil makan burger, aku dapatlah hasilkan gambar yang ok skit..huhuh..

D'1st wedding event

Dilemma 5W1H (Part 1)

Since I have started my new hobby, there are a lot of people questioning me on a lot of thing. As a newbie, my answer will only based on my research and a little of experience that I have. There are times where I could not answer even a single question. I have to admit that I yet to reach that level -> “Experience Is Priceless”. But I’m trying my hard to improve my skills. So for this first part, I will share with you on my experience last time on:

1) How I start loving this kind of hobby?
My first experience feels the DSLR body was during my friend’s engagement day (peja & shikin). I play with Canon 400D (Credit to Hafimas AKA Che’ Epy). I learned simple-simple thing from Che’ Epy as well. I really love to snap picture with a bokeh (depan terang belakang blur or vice-versa). However it is, I still do not want to get involve seriously since the price for this hobby will cost me a bomb!!

I tried to do some research of this kinda of hobby and I found a lot of information which help my interest growth to jump into this kind of hobby. During my first oversea trip to Bangkok with all the “sekepala” members (Ali, Peja, Zaini, Epy, & Betik – [ada 2 orang lagi kawan betik]), for the second time in my life, I had a chance to play again with DSLR. Right now, I “think”, I have more knowledge. So when want to play, it seems like I not so stupid la..hahaha..

When back from Bangkok Trip, zol AKA my first model, he did shared with me some fotopages link which also contribute a lot for me to jump into this arena. From here as well, I know “AMIR d’nikonian guys”. After some research, I set my aim to have my own DSLR in the future.

WHEN? Do not know…hahahaha

2) What is the brand that will suit me?
I really want to have my own DSLR but then, the above question make me headache. For a new comer, beginner, newbie or seangkatan denganya, this question will be play in our mind unless you already been exposed by either Nikonian or Canon people. For me, a firm decision yet to be made and the highest and the most popular brand during that time that cross to my mind is only either CANON or NIKON. Here is the list of DSLR brands:

After almost 7 months -> the decision has been made. Nikon has been chosen even though I started with Canon 400D - Epy's Punya (D90 is the model target since it is the latest version..huhuhuh…).

3) What is the best lens that suit to my D90?
However it is, I got another problem on choosing which lenses that will cost me a little but in the same time can give me a good output. The simple answer will be, get the “3rd party lenses LOL!!”.arghhh!!! another research time..

Due to that problem, I started to learn what the exact meaning of Aperture & Shutter Speed is so that I can understand more on what is the best lens for me.

I do asked Amir and he did mention to use any f2.8 aperture lens. Why? “Ko test dulu nanti baru ko tahu”. Pergh..how do I can test and how do can I feel the different? Since the orang lama said to test, then I test la..huhuhuhuh…the aperture will not change even though you zoom in or zoom out. Try snap a pic, mmm..quiet better from my point of view la..ahahaha

With a limitation on budget but wanted to have a good output with my D90, I spend my money to buy second-hand tamrone 17-50mm f2.8. So I already completed my dream camera. Just waiting time to buy..huhuhuhuh. Lastly, refer to this link

Sad Saturday Morning

Today is a sad day to my lovely wife and me. Everything goes well as per plan (planning to go to shah alam for preparation on the last big day) until we reach at my wife’s lovely compact car, we really shocked!! In deep of my heart, what is the hell happening to the car! It seems like someone has put a big knock to the car’s “ass”. I know that I have to act like there is nothing happens. This is because I just want to make sure that my wife feel that she can depends on me.

My wife start bubbling and I understand why she doing it. For me, if I in her position, I think I will be worst than her. Like a pro, I done some checking to the car’s ass and I start doing some assumption on how much we need to spend to fix it. Suddenly I think about my new toy, apalagi like a reporter, I get it and snap some picture of the ass.

We packed all beg into car and we go to the nearest mechanic in town. I asked that mechanic on his assumption. WOW!! RM600 + 3 mandays (starting next Tuesday). Oh..this also means, I have another issue which how my wife want to go to office on this Tuesday. Ok, I have 1 quotation, so start searching my friend contact number in my phone. Yeah!! Sentot AKA Joe, yes, I should call him see whether he can help or not.

After 30 minutes from the first workshop driving, I reached to Sentot Workshop. Sentot did help me which he asked his friend to have a look and give a quatiotain. I really surprised on the quotation price -> RM380 only!! Sure? I asked again..yes RM380 only. So the kelisa’s ass will be repair on next Monday.

Hope that the ass will be as previous or better..I really hope on that!!!!

since dah ada camera nie, aku pon startla belajar main tangkap2 gambar..semua gambar aku nak ada "bokeh". orang kata "budak-budak baru nak naik"..huhuh. yang aku perasan, banyak bende yang sebenarnya aku tak tahu..so aku create aku punya plan. as of now, aku takkan buat editting guna photoshop sebab that is another arena yang aku tak tahu lagi. so aku tangkap gambar pahtu aku buat editting @ trimming guna dslr je. as of now, aku nak mantapkan ilmu tangkap gambar dulu. nanti dah power, baru belajar buat bende lain pula.

My first DSLR Camera

huhu..on 28-Jan-2009, aku baru sahaja spend duit aku beli my first DSLR camera. so bile dah ada camera nie, baru terasa nak buat blog la, itula, inila dan etc. so, i really appreciated some comments and input since i am totally newbies in this arena (blogger & DSLR)..hahahaha
